What a cool idea to use the t-tail section from an old airplane as a neat piece of furniture. It costs an arm and a leg (but not as much as an actual airplane), but you won't stop checking it out and your guests, business and professional, won't be able to keep their eyes off it either.

The write-on glassware, mugs, cookware and more from FredFlare provide a fun and simple way to jot things down on anything you're using to measure, drink from or the like. On a measuring cup you could jot down the recipe measurements or even a fun note. All in all it's a fun, simple and unique idea that's also very inexpensive. A small mug and a more narrow, taller version are available from the festive and fun colored FredFlare.com website. Enjoy!

FastMac, who makes gorgeous peripherals, has just release several variants on a USB Blu-Ray Disc external burner, and this is our favorite. We like speed, and this unit uses USB for easy connections and burns all Blu-Ray discs at up to 4x speed. It looks great and performs even better.

Let's put it this way. The best coffee table book ever. This will kill conversation and spark it all at once. The Playboy Centerfold Collection is a dream book. Over 600 centerfolds spanning the entire Playboy history range and no plucky articles to get in the way of the, ahem, enjoyment. The package is velvet lined, as it should be, and you'll be enjoying this for decades.

Is it OK to say we're in love with this modern retro styling they are putting together? You'd think this was the casing for an old 8 track or vinyl machine, but instead it's completely modern and houses an iPod dock and CD player. What a stunningly beautiful tabletop music player to have by your bedside or your zen like office environment. Like all of Amadana Design products, it contains just what you need and is beyond classy, elegant and efficient. It's quite simply the finest iPod dock you'll ever find.

You've noticed the cluster-f*ck of remotes as a result, right? Want to see the most beautiful universal remote in the world!? You're looking at it. It hails from Japan and the wondrous design eyes of those at Amadana. Their stunning remote control will take charge of all of your tech toys in the family and living room and do it in the most minimalist and stylish way we've ever seen. The texture and feel when you use this device is like no other. Apple's design doesn't even rival this. It's the creme de la creme in modern technology design. The biggest surprise? The really reasonable price for such high fashion. Usually a product like this comes from Bang & Olufsen and you have to choose between a new car and a remote control for the TV. Not the case here.

This is no longer a problem thanks to our friends at LaCie who've brought us these flat eSata, USB and Firewire cables in a fun range of colors. There are over 7 different cable plug combinations to choose from and all feature an adhesive tagging system so that, along with the colors to help, you'll never again be confused by which cable is which in your computing setup. For the Apple lover these are a cool complement to the setup.

We've waded through the hundreds of announcements and the CX100 HD Flash Camcorder from Sony is one thing we're really excited about. Sony makes killer camcorders with incredible embedded technologies. The one thing is that they're usually overpriced. Not so with the upcoming CX100. It is full HD and will be only $600 when it comes out, which is literally half of what they normally charge for such a device. It's truly pocketable, starts up practically in an instant thanks to the use of flash and it can detect and focus on faces on the fly while shooting video! Gotta' love it baby!
